Lemons for Life 2016

I am encouraging children to raise money for clean water projects through Neverthirst this summer.  This is the same mission that they supported and raised over $2,500 for last summer. With those funds, Neverthirst was able to repair 1 well and provide 8 families with bio-sand filters!  

Any child who raiss $50.00 or more this sumer will receive the 2016 Lemons for Life t-shirt.  You can see the shirt HERE.

I STRONGLY encourage children to WORK for this money.  I am NOT asking parents to simply write a check so their child can receive a t-shirt . The purpose is for the kids to bring a sacrificial offering to share the gospel and provide clean water for these precious people in Sudan and South Sudan.  

Last summer, some of our children raised money by:
Selling lemonade
Selling popscicles
Asking for donations
Doing chores at home or for neighbors
Doing yard work
Having a garage sale

I have included a t-shirt order form in each box as well.  If your child would like to take pre-orders for the shirts, they are welcomed to do so!  Each shirt sold will earn a profit of approximately $12.00 (based on suggested donation of $20/shirt).  Payment should be collected and turned in to Bridgette no later than August 18th.  Shirts cannot be ordered without payment.  Checks should be made payable to ECF. Shirts will arrive in mid-September.
